SPLENDIFEROUS ON SEAFOOD

When we say tomato, we don't just mean tomato. We mean tomato multiplied by tomato. We could even multiply it by tomato again, but we don't want to blow your mind. Add it to seafood or anything savoury and you've got a dish worthy of serving to her majesty the queen. On her birthday. And not just any birthday. Her hundredth birthday. When she might send herself a telegram reminding oneself to stock up on this royally delicious chunky tomato sauce. It's phenomenal. Times a billion.

This sauce has become known for the great taste when added to Bacon and Eggs. It adds the taste of Home-style Tomato Sauce with a slight ZING that will capture anyone's taste buds!

SMOKED GARLIC SAUCE

UTTERLY RESPLENDENT ON LAMB

If New Zealand were a superpower, it would be remiss of us not to use this irresistible smoked garlic sauce in international negotiations. Served beside barbequed new zealand lamb, zing smoked garlic sauce would bring the toughest foreign stalwart to his knees. We'd give him a little taste of the sauce with his dinner then we'd simply deny him the sauce until he talked. New Zealand could rule the world!! but since we don't really want to, let's just keep this delicious sauce to ourselves, our meats and our casseroles.

Pour over mushrooms as they fry in butter... a taste you will never forget!

ORIGINAL GARLIC SAUCE

UNBEARABLY WONDERFUL ON CHICKEN

If you have conniptions every time anyone so much as looks at your bottle of original garlic sauce, you might want to consider moving to a remote mountain and becoming a hermit. There on the mountaintop it's unlikely that anyone will approach your cabin merely to enhance a dip, marinade or casserole. However, it is a particularly delectable sauce. To be safe, you should dig a few bear traps. And camouflage the cabin. And it might pay to design an underwater entrance too. Just in case. This sauce tastes great with chicken eaten with the shutters closed, far away from humanity.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Pour over your Beef, Chicken, Venison or Lamb before roasting. The Garlic not only tastes great but is also a natural tenderizer. The meat will melt in your mouth!

RED WINE SAUCE

HAUNTINGLY EPIC ON BEEF

Perhaps if your beef once saved an innocent maiden, it might be worthy of this divine merlot sauce. Perhaps the maiden was about to climb a fence to pick some wild strawberries. Perhaps the fence was electrified. Perhaps even overly electrified. Perhaps the beef (in cattle form) saw the danger and flung itself against the fence to take the voltage upon itself. Perhaps if the maiden later became a great humanitarian, then that beef might deserve a place beside this sauce. But if you can't find beef that good, this red wine sauce will also enhance other heroic meats, casseroles or cheeses.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

This sauce is absolutely brilliant to add a little ZING on a cheese and cracker tray as a dipping sauce, you will have your guests ecstatic!
