Describe your role at Springbrook Foods

My role here at Springbrook is Stock Control which involves purchasing of all ingredients and packaging, inwards goods, keeping an eye on finished product to make sure our stock levels are correct and making sure we have enough stock to meet our maximum levels.

My role also includes data entry and working alongside Josh in Production with the planning of the weekly schedule, monthly stocktake and making sure all supplier details and documents are up to date.

What makes you want to come to work each day?

Working in a friendly environment and feeling as though I am part of a team.

If you could change roles for a day here at Springbrook, what position would you choose, and why?

R&D so that I can make the staff taste all the lovely samples that I can create.

If you could describe yourself as a sauce or condiment what would you be, and why?

Springbrook Crushed Chilli – Warm, pleasant, chilled and compliments well with most.
